We work from conceptual ideas for music tone and direction at script stage to the creation of a Music Bible which is used by directors and editors particularly in early assemblies to help create an identifiable tone and style.

This is from needle drop placements, through to the business affairs of budgeting,
rights negotiation, clearance and licensing to managing cue sheets and final music deliverables. We are also experts with on-camera music; handling clearance, pre-records and assisting cast with learning and performance.

We are the creative music editors for all our projects. We handle all the temp score and work closely with the editors and directors in the early edit stages to ensure the temp music is the best it can be.

We handle all the music edits for all needle drops, commercial and sourced music from the initial pitching of ideas, to the delivery of WAVs for the mix.

We also service the composers as music editors for placement to picture and delivery to dub which takes an enormous weight off their shoulders so they can concentrate on writing music.

We handle the full process with composers from offering up suggestions for composers to hire, to negotiating with composer agents on fees and rights ownership, to the day to day management and assistance for the composer on the project, to the delivery of their music stems for the final mix. We run the spotting sessions and assist the production with musical briefs and feedback.
